Support

Email [email protected]. One person reads it, so plain descriptions help more than bug-report formality — what you tapped, what happened, and which phone.

Restoring a purchase

Open the Pro tab and tap Restore purchase. Corvyn keeps its record of what you bought on the device itself, signed with a key unique to that install — which is why a new phone, a reinstall, or a restored backup legitimately starts out looking unpaid. Restore re-asks the store and rewrites that record. You need to be online and signed in to the same store account you bought with.

If it still shows as unpaid after a restore, email the address above with the store account region and roughly when you bought it, and say which tier. Nothing is lost in the meantime: your practice history is separate from your entitlement, and a failed restore never removes anything.

Refunds

Corvyn cannot issue refunds — it never receives your payment, and it is never told your payment details. The store handles the transaction and the refund:

Managing or cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions are managed in the store, not in the app: on iOS under Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions, on Android under Play Store ▸ Subscriptions. Cancelling leaves the tier active until the period you have already paid for ends. The one-time Bronze unlock is not a subscription and never expires.

Reporting a puzzle

Think a puzzle's rule is wrong? Tap ⚑ once you have answered it, or on its page in a Challenge review. The report sends the puzzle and the answer you picked, and nothing about you. With no connection it waits on your phone and goes out the next time Corvyn opens online.

Your data

Corvyn has no account, and your practice data lives on your phone, so there is nothing for us to look up or export on your behalf. Uninstalling removes everything on the device. Reset progress in the settings menu does the same for your history while keeping the app installed; it cannot be undone. With Gold's cloud sync on, a copy of your history is also kept on our server for your other phones, and Delete cloud data in the same menu removes it. See Deleting your data and the Privacy Policy.

Losing your history

Without Gold's cloud sync, everything is local and there is no cloud copy, so uninstalling the app or resetting progress is permanent. With it, a new phone gets your history back once you restore your Gold purchase; a reset, though, travels to your other phones too.
